It was already dark and raining heavily when we arrived that day. We took a taxi to the hotel. As there was a tile shelter in front of the hotel gate and the space was relatively shallow, we had to open an umbrella when getting off the car with our luggage, which was quite awkward. The automatic door opened outwards and then automatically opened inwards. We saw the front desk staff standing at the service desk and did not come forward to help. As we booked two nights separately and requested the same room, one of the room cards had not been updated. The staff indicated that we could go to the front desk to collect it later.
