Good front desk service, quick check in and facilitated our request for late check out. Our hotel room was nicely decorated, not exactly very spacious but good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The carpet could have been more frequently shampooed though. No bathtub and there's not a door separating the bathroom. They provided two types of pillow which was good, the bed was on the soft side. The noise insulation could definitely improve. The two indoor playrooms were huge. Facilities reasonably well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. But it could get really packed despite the size of the playrooms. Despite the size of the breakfast hall, it was absolutely packed and its hard to find a table after 9am. Walking distance to a huge shopping complex.

I drove back to Zhuhai for a trip. The hotel I booked at night gave me a big surprise. The front desk provided smiling service and helped me upgrade the room type. The bathroom toiletries are all in small bottles for one-time use, which makes people feel at ease. There are also coffee coupons for one night stay. The coffee beans are very good, better than Mou Rui and Manner. I strongly recommend friends who come to Zhuhai for travel or business to stay in this hotel.

The location is very good, opposite the mall. The hotel is newer, very clean, the room type is shown in the picture, the room is more convenient for smart devices. The hotel staff is super quality, regardless of the front desk, manager, dine-in aunt and cleaning aunt are very polite and good service attitude! The price is very high here, the braised beef noodle soup in breakfast is recommended!
