So i have visited cafe 228 too many times now. It almost qualifies as one of my regular spots when in Adelaide and since iIhave family there. I do stop by often. So now i have been getting coffee and food from Sam and Jamie for years and have never been disappointed, they go above and beyond to provide a great service and are always happy to chat! The coffee is delicious and the bacon and egg sandwich is one of the best in Adelaide. Have had the lunch veggie burger, added avocado and a hash brown and it was the most delicious thing I've had! And my coffee was huge. The food was exceptionally fresh and well presented. We particularly enjoyed the fluffy, yet tasty sourdough bread served with our breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others. #australiatrip #deliciousfood

Fantastic

This was a good find. The cafe is located on the quiet secluded alleyway on the east end. I visited it the first time after I was done with the botanical gardens and looking for a quick bite. And then I ended up eating here two days in a row. Both rhe fishes that i tried were lovely. Its well prepared and good presentation too. m Friendly and fast food service that tasted delicious is a win win. Nice indoor, bench and outside seating options. I highly recommend the avocado on toast. I had their turkish eggs too forma change, found it slightly heavy and the chilli oil in it wasn't all that fun. #australiatrip #goodfoods #brunch #cherryblossom2024

great service

On arrival we were greeted with sparkling water (at no additional cost) for our party of 5. We didn’t book so we were extremely lucky to get a table. It was a Tuesday so I would recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment as it became quite busy. The food came out super fast and the service was friendly. The meals were substantial and filled our bellies. We felt like we were eating at a local cafe instead of the CBD as the city noise was minimal. Glad we stumbled into this wonderful cafe. Highly recommend a visit. #australiatrip #familytravel

Instagram worthy visit 📸

Place - Art Gallery of South Australia 🎭 Getting there - really easy to get there it’s in the city so it can be easily accessed by trams that are free, busses, walking and car/taxies. 🚗 The experience - The gallery is very spacious and not too crowded and peaceful. it’s a very beautiful place to visit and just walk around to look at different paintings 🖼️ Uniqueness - I find it really nice that the gallery changed once in a while with the new exhibitions and paintings which makes it more interesting to visit 🚶‍♀️ ALSO it’s definitely a MUST for cute insta pictures🤳 #2023travelwish#mytripvlog#urbanexplorer #art Gallery

Minimono Noodle Bar 🍜

📍Location: 182 Rundle St, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia 💸Price: $20-$30per person 👩‍🍳Atmosphere: This small restaurant has a very nice light aesthetic and the colors really make the place look clean and high end. 🍜Food/service: Honestly the food is good but for the options it wasn’t too much variety in foods and drinks. They do offer a very different type of ramen such as lobster 🦞 and truffle. The service was quick but the overall experience wasn’t that great. Starts:⭐️⭐️⭐️ #cafe #foodie

#australiatrip Place is easy to find as it is clearly signed at the front. Outdoor seating is available but very limited. They also have seats upstairs which can take solo/ couple and group seatings. We ordered shakshuka and eggs Benedict for brunch-both were lovely! Their coffee was also very good. We had a second round of coffee on the house because our food took a bit of time to be ready. It wasn't very long actually but hey, if this is how they compensate for unexpected wait times then this is a great gesture of apology for inconvenience. They are a small cafe but their service is top notch!

My Grandma Ben

#australiatrip Pretty cool spot in the hipster part of Adelaide. Liked the food options as there was a nice array of dishes that aren't seen in most brunch places. Coffee will knock your socks off and the food is unreal. Everything l've eaten from My Grandma Ben I declare is one of the best things I've ever tasted. Do yourself a favour and enjoy breaky, lunch or dinner at this local community cafe - you won't regret it!

Delicious

We visited numerous times on seperate occasions, every visit was delightful. The coffee is absolutely fantastic, rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. I also had breakfast here, and it was delicious! The coffee was amazing. So smooth and creamy and strong. The food was really impressive. My friend commented that the burrito was a bit plain in terms of the combination of flavours. The halloumi salad & Thai chicken roll were definitely the favourites for me #australiatrip #cafes
