My stay here was average and a bit disappointing There was a constant leak somewhere in the bathroom which kept the floor wet The breakfast was okay, there was a good variety to choose from

Room was clean, location wise a bit far from the city center. This hotel is good for business traveler but not really recommended for staycation.

Overall a good hotel. Only the connecting door between rooms is not soundproof. You can really hear the noise from the next room.

This is my second time staying here. Actually, the service is good, but I feel bad for the staff member who welcomed us at the restaurant for breakfast. She had a triple workload; she welcomed guests and checked their room numbers, cleaned up messes and dirty dishes, checked if food was running low, and even prepared breakfast in bed for other guests. The breakfast was so-so; there wasn't even an egg station. The Wi-Fi was not strong enough, maybe because I had a corner room. But the corner room felt a little bigger. I loved the soap and shampoo; I think they use Lifebuoy. Also, the toothbrushes were much better than in other hotels.

Very cozy place to stay at, there is a mall below, hotel has all the facilities you need. Room is very nice and comfortable, there is a sofa bed in the room for extra bed

Located in Batam business center Harbor Bay, will be nice for short / long stay, especially if you planning to crossboarder to Singapore. Excellent hotel.

This seems to be a good master bathroom hotel, but the facilities are very old, considering the price of the Indonesian hotel, not bad. This is the best hotel because there is no choice in the main bathroom.

Service: The front desk + customer service attitude is very good
