Pros: The price was affordable, the staff were very helpful, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. I especially liked that the bathroom was well-designed with separate zones for the shower, toilet, and sink. The air conditioning was effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable.
Areas for improvement: There was no hairdryer in the room; guests had to borrow one from the front desk and return it after use. Facial tissues were also not provided. The location is a bit out of the city center compared to major hotels, so you'll likely need a car or a ride-sharing service like Grab to get around. Walking to tourist attractions might be a bit far, but this is a fair trade-off considering the price. Additionally, the face and bath towels were a bit old/worn, and while the bathroom wasn't spotless, it was perfectly functional.
Summary: Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were good, and despite a few missing amenities, it offered excellent value for money and a comfortable night's sleep, which is all that really matters.
As a loyal fan of B2 hotels, I found that while the property isn't located on the main road, it wasn't too difficult to find. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The security guard greeted guests warmly, and the reception staff were friendly, cheerful, and provided great service. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Khon Kaen.
The staff were lovely from the moment I checked in. The rooms have a rustic charm while being modern, comfortable, and clean. There is a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views and a bar that offers a great atmosphere at night. The location is convenient, as it’s close to Central Festival Khon Kaen, the City Pillar Shrine (San Lak Muang), tour agencies, and money exchange shops.
The bartender made a fantastic drink, and the rooftop bar provided a nice nightlife view.
The room was clean. However, it would be great if they could add more trash cans and mirrors in the main room, as currently, there's only one of each in the bathroom. Getting to the hotel using Google Maps can be a little tricky, as the path leads through a market and is quite convoluted. The staff are very attentive and helpful; they even called me to let me know I had forgotten my phone charger.
Location is very convenient. Cleanliness is the top priority in this hotel, very satisfying. Friendly staff and very warm. Congrats Glacier Hotel for an excellent customer service. We would definitely give this a thumbs up and recommend to our family and friends.
It's a pity I didn't take a picture because I forgot, but overall it's good. If you check out late, for example, until 6 pm, you will be charged 500 baht, whether you are late for 1 hour or 2 hours, you will still be charged 500 baht. For breakfast, I like grilled pork and rice soup.
Offers a quiet and comfortable stay at a great value. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with an elevator for convenience. The location is convenient, near restaurants and shops, and the breakfast is excellent with good variety. A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Hotel is so dated and has not been maintained over the years. Overall not really value of money. Location is not so bad. A 10 mins walk will get you to the bars and clubs behind the hotel building. Recommend to stay on top floor so you don’t hear the loud music from the karaoke from downstairs
I stayed in a standard room that felt cozy and clean. The lighting was quite dim, especially at night, but during the day, the large window helped brighten up the space with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the desk area was useful for getting a bit of work done.
Breakfast was a highlight — there was a great variety of breads, pastries, and fresh fruits, along with some hot dishes.

RRambo101Was a decent stay. For the price you pay you definitely get your monies worth that’s for sure. Decent sized room. Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

GGuest UserThe first thing is walking in to check in. It's very hot. The air conditioner doesn't turn on that much. It's also good to find a large fan. Because during this time the weather is hot. When entering the room to drink cold water, I found that the plug in the mini bar cabinet was unplugged. Very confusing, when you know that the room has already been reserved, you should probably prepare the room ready.
GGrayz05The room is good. It would be better if they have provided water heater with free coffee sachets in the room. But what I like most about it is its location. Super close to everything. You can just walk to Central mall and to Adlib hotel to experience KK's sky walk.
GGuest UserThis is my third times choosing khon Kean hotel whenever I go khon Kean. The staffs are very nice and warm. The room are well kept. Thanks for making our stayed a memorial one. Will be back soon.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
