We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.

Most Chinese tours, the taste of breakfast is not much, bland There is rice porridge, fried eggs, soup, salad, bread 90% of the room is not clean because there is hair It is quiet, but if you meet a group of Chinese foreigners, it will be loud The room is not soundproof, there is the sound of cars running. The bed is okay, there are 2 pillows, the room is spacious, the bathroom is bigger.

Stay one night for connecting flight and it’s great experience for my 4 yrs old who is so excited about spotting the airplane landing and takeoff even we got the room on the 3rd floor. Most comfortable bed ever!! Staffs are nice and friendly. We ordered Room service for breakfast and quiet high price but fairly large amount so, it’s reasonable quality. Will stay there again!

Old hotel, located directly at the airport. The overnight rates are overpriced as most of the hotel is in need of renovation, especially the guest rooms. The carpets in the rooms have old stains, there are no electrical outlets by the beds, and much more. Great breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool area and friendly staff.

Food was good and service was very attentive and polite. Hotel facilities are good and people are friendly. Most important was the staff named Golf, who was very helpful and attentive to my unfortunate situation of needing to see a Dr. He was able to call the airport medical clinic and and explain how I can get there. Also, accommodated me for a late check out gave me a warm smile even though I was not well.. Thank you for such good staff. I would recommend this hotel for travellers that need to stay close to the hotel or in long transit. 

Well situated in bearing, just front of 7-11.Nice room, reception speak english. Clean, good pressure of shower. Everything work well. We recommand this hotel. Good price for the quality.

The staffs are very good, smiling and cheerful, taking care of customers very much. The food is also very delicious. The room is very clean. Very good👍

We arrived at almost 5am in the morning. There was only one uncle at the front desk who could only speak Thai and could not understand English. Communication was not smooth and even Google Translate did not work. Later, he called his colleague to confirm our order information. We fed mosquitoes for almost half an hour downstairs before he finally took us to the room. The overall style of the corridor and the room is industrial style and very simple. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, etc. The curtains do not block light. The bedding is seriously pilling and the hygiene is not very good. The toilet has stains. The small shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom are very simple. The greenery at the door is very good with many trees. The seats outside the door are sunny in the afternoon and very comfortable. There is also a small pool next to it with big fish and turtles. The overall cost performance is high. It would be better if the hygiene is better.

Perfect stay!!! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Wellness Hotel. Perfect location for those who wish not to be bothered by the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Bangkok city crowdedness and traffic jams. The hotel is well positioned on the outskirts of inner Bangkok allowing you to hop on the BTS (Bearing) to take care of business then out of the madness to quiet and serenity. Its a hotel with a small physical therapy/hospital in the middle of it.
