Facilities: Excellent, the bed was huge.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: The surrounding area felt very safe and clean. There's a supermarket and convenience store nearby.
Service: The front desk staff was very friendly.
Great value for money, and dining options were very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Lima.

The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even offer a complimentary cocktail. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful.

The service is not very good. I stayed for three days, but only two bottles of free water were provided on the first day. After that, they were not replenished when the room was cleaned. I called to ask for more, but they didn't give me any. Although I know that it is possible to buy it, is the standard of two bottles per day to be met?

The overall stay was excellent. The hotel's cleanliness staff deserves praise; they were clearly dedicated to their duties!
As for the front desk staff, everyone was extremely polite, greeting everyone with a smile as they entered or left the hotel. Special praise goes to Ms. Samantha, who was incredibly attentive to my inquiries! And of course, thank you to Miltou in the lobby; he always greeted me warmly whenever I entered or left the hotel! I would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever visit Lima!

The overall specifications of the hotel are good, the facilities are complete, the room is large, the health, and the location is excellent; the bad place is that the stay must be after 15:00, the bed is too soft, some people at the front desk have a very general service attitude, and they are tired of the expression of the customer. The service attitude of this country hotel in Peru is really much worse than that of Chile.
