The servants at the desk were super friendly and helpful I was guided to my room. I usually wouldnt usually have a problem with that but I wasn’t sure what level to go to and it took me a while to find out how to turn the lights/power on. Other than that everything was great. Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

Nice hotel in Miraflores, within 5 min walk from Larcomar. Spacious and comfortable rooms, clean and modern. Rooftop bar and pool, where you can see good sunsets. Highly recommended

Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. In summary, the software was very good, and the hardware was average.

An excellent option for your stay in Lima. We had a great overall experience. The hotel provides clean rooms with all necessary amenities and features a pool on the top floor. The location is superb, within walking distance of most nearby attractions.

The hotel is located in the very good nightlife and strolling district of Miraflores. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the breakfast is also good.

Сам номер был шикарный, очень просторный, много приборов на кухне. Жалко, что персонал не говорит на английском. Понимаю, что это Латинская Америка. Но в других отелях Перу за гораздо меньшую стоимость более хорошее отношение к гостям. На ресепшене не очень приветливые сотрудники некоторые. Непонятна система с необходимостью бронировать зал/бассейн заранее, впервые с таким сталкиваюсь

Everything was very good, the only problem is that when we arrived there was no light for about 3 hours and to enter the rooms we had to go back to reception, on the other hand everything was very clean, very well treated and the food was delicious
