Hotel is old but clean.
Rooms are well kept and clean.
Not enough 3 pins charging points. Approached hotel counter to borrow one, staff was busy paying phone and rude in reply. She refused to help and asked to look for the only point in room.
Service and staff manners need improvement
The hotel was okay, but they need to focus more on cleanliness. Also, when checking out, make sure only one person handles the checkout process while the other stays in the room. This way, the housekeeper can't accuse you of any damages or charge you for the drinking water. (Also, make sure you drink from the glass bottle) there’s a charge 25 baht/ small plastic bottle.
Nestled in a quiet local location, a short taxi ride from the station, this hotel offers tranquility amidst convenience. Surrounded by an array of restaurants and the ever-convenient 7-Eleven, it promises a delightful stay.
The rooms, spacious and thoughtfully designed, boast a functional touch with some featuring a cozy kitchenette.
Sink into the plush bed, promising nights of deep slumber. The television offers a variety of Thai channels, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The staff, with their warm hospitality, are always at hand to assist, making the experience even more memorable.
For added convenience, I highly recommend exploring the Car Hire service they graciously provide access to. A gem in the heart of convenience and comfort.
Abit difficult to find location.. got help from local person.. location is nice remote.. room is very small..a bit messy during rain.. there is no shelter outside room.. so its a bit difficult to remove shoes and need to bring into room.. walkway from car park to room is muddy.. i enjoyed helping owner clean the area.. gather leafs..they have nice kitchen.. small fridge.. i like the place as its in nature.. nites are cold.. will be beter if the rooms were bigger and have shelter awning to sit outside room during rain.
It is about 55km away from the city center, and takes an hour to get there. You have to go up the mountain on the way. There are landslides in the rainy season.
Toilet has this uncle hair cream smell, no ventilation inside bathroom, just individual aircond at bed area, water tap is very tight too turn on/off. Last minute booking hotel in betong with family so no choice, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, the balcony view was nice jungle, ground floor has massage center 300bht per hour. Just about 2min walk will reach the tunnel, 10min to clock tower town area
5 minutes to the clock tower!
Hlangkha Hostel in Yala offers clean and comfortable rooms with air-conditioning, Share bathrooms outside the room, and free WiFi. Guests enjoy our cafe'.
A nice and decent hotel that exceeded my expectations! The view was absolutely superb, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well-designed and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
I have no complaints about this hotel at all. Its location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven within walking distance, which was very handy. If we ever return to Betong, this will definitely be my choice of hotel. Highly recommended!

CcloeVery considerate, my friend’s went for massage and the hotel allows us to extend checkout for 30mins, quite a distance to the town but convenient to travel with tuktuk waiting in front of the hotel.

WWasanaThe advantage of this hotel is that there are many parking spaces.
Near the tunnel, park, street art, you can walk to take pictures. At night
Nearby there are restaurants, near 7-Eleven, drugstores
The hotel does not have breakfast, but there is a 24-hour self-service drink station, with a microwave, plates, bowls
There are towels, drinking water, soap, shampoo
Disadvantage
Because it is near the restaurant, karaoke, it will be very loud at night.
The walls may be thin, sometimes you can hear the conversation of the next room.
GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the location is excellent—close to key attractions and easy to get around. The only downside is that there's no lift, so it might be a bit challenging if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, great value for the price!
JJackResort area is clean and tidy. Excellent.
Rooms condition; rundown require serious upgrade. Lighting not fully function and toilet facilities require full upgrade. The bath tower is ages old. Need full upgrade in order to justify the price.
Breakfast is top notch and delicious. Credit to the kitchen.
Interesting resort.
