The hidden gem around Chengdu is a great place to escape the city's exhaust fumes and smog. Whether you want to take a walk or just relax, you always need to be healed. Fortunately, I found a beautiful homestay. Both the service and the scenery are great. Shangshan Shang·Yari Sa·Yuquan Tea House 3rd Group, Shiyi Village, Qushan Town, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Mianyang City It takes about 3 hours to drive from Chengdu. The altitude is over 1,000 meters. It's still a bit cold in the morning and evening this season, so it's recommended to bring a coat. The homestay service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the environment and facilities are complete, and the quality of various supplies is good. The homestay has a cooperation with a tea garden, but it is not the tea picking season and you can't visit the tea garden. The homestay has a strong sense of design and aesthetics, which is very much to our liking. The three of us stayed in the suite with the best view, and the room was very photogenic both inside and outside! It was raining when we set off the day before, and we didn't have much hope for the next day. But!! It cleared up unexpectedly!! The camera kept clicking and couldn't stop at all. Keep taking deep breaths, as if your whole body is being purified from the inside out. Back Mountain Scenic Spots Farm in the Clouds: Walking on the ladder is like walking in the clouds, very photogenic There are also rainbow slides and mountain off-road vehicles here, which are super fun. There are also activities suitable for children, such as picking pheasant eggs, picking fruits, feeding cute pets, etc. Qiangqing Garden: You must go to see a Qiang wedding. The girls and boys here wear local ethnic costumes to hold the wedding. The whole process is lively and happy. Colorful glass plank road: The glass plank road built on the edge of the cliff is suspended in the air, with a bottomless abyss underfoot, which is very spectacular. The First Blockhouse of Xiqiang: Built at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters, it overlooks the beautiful scenery of the entire Jiuhuang Mountain. It has a sense of déjà vu of "standing on the top of the mountain and looking down on all the small mountains", which is very shocking About accommodation: It is recommended to stay here for one night so that the two-day trip will not be rushed. During the National Day, the annual Salang Carnival will be held. Tips: There are a lot of mosquitoes here, so bring insect repellent, sunscreen and rain gear. The temperature difference between morning and night is big here, so bring a thick coat when you go.

I love to travel in China there are so many places to visit one of my favorite is JiuHua Mountain and staying at MAO resort. The swimming pool is incredible has a beautiful view of the mountain. #cityplaybook Mainyang City is located north east of Chengdu City which is only 2 hours away from the capital. It has approximately just under 6 million residents. It is the city that was heavily affected by the Sichuan earthquake in 2008. These are the list of places where you can visit and make your stay worthwhile in the city. In no particular order. FIRST DAY: 1. Beichuan Earthquake Relic Site- this is a must see while in Mianyang. It is outside the city and it takes around 2 hours to get there by car. If my knowledge serves me right there are busses available to this relic site. The Beichuan earthquake site is quite big so you may need to spend 1-2 hrs walking around the site. 2. Mianyang’s People Park- after getting back into the city head to the people’s park to just enjoy the local life of the people and so you can relax at the same time. There are some amusement rides as well inside so if you’re coming with your family, your kids will surely enjoy this place. SECOND DAY: 1. Luohan temple and Shengshui Temple- these two temples are just next to each other so you may find yourself spending a fee hours here just appreciating the buddhist atmosphere here. This is not only a tourist area but an actual place of worship. All Day 1 and Day 2 Places offer free entrance. All you have to spend on is parking fee. At 5 pm , start heading back to Chengdu or wherever you’re going next. Enjoy!

Though I’d seen videos and images of the May 12, 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake, nothing prepared me for the profound sorrow and reverence of being here.
