#SignUpSeptemberHotelTester2025 Compared to the ocean view rooms at Hamdeok Beach, I don't think it's necessary to stay in this hotel. The standard twin rooms offer excellent value. The front desk speaks Chinese, and a 50,000 Korean won deposit or credit card is required. The hotel is very clean, with good soundproofing, and most importantly, a great location. Chilsung Street is a five-minute walk away, and a stroll along the seaside square after dinner is a pleasant experience. Nearby Restaurants and Shopping A CU and 7-Eleven convenience stores are about 200 meters away, making shopping very convenient. There's also a BHC fried chicken shop nearby (not recommended). Chilsung Street, Dongmun Market, and Black Pork Street are all within walking distance. Hotel Location Jeju Airport is a 20-minute bus ride away, or about 3-4 kilometers by taxi. Both buses and taxis are very convenient, making it easy to get to various attractions. One day, we signed up for a day trip to Udo Island, and the hotel provided pick-up and drop-off. (The two women on our day trip stayed near Hamdeok, so pick-up and drop-off weren't available and we had to take a taxi to meet up at our hotel in the city.) Staying in a city hotel is more convenient.

This is a love and sensuality theme park open only to adults, with no admission for minors under 18. That said, the park primarily features contemporary art themed around love and sex, and doesn't feel particularly sexually explicit. It's completely entertainment-focused. *Due to image registration restrictions, nude monuments have been removed. Some of the exhibits are cute animal-themed, others uniquely satirical, and some even feature sexual symbols from around the world. It's truly diverse. Its crater filled with water makes it a 'hot spot' among Jeju's oreums (volcanic hills). 🚗 Parking is limited, so a pro tip is to park along the roadside near the entrance if you find a spot! For those traveling on foot, taxis are readily available, making it easily accessible. Upon arrival at the entrance, you'll first encounter a small pond called 'Saeng-i Mot.' This pond, historically used as a water source, also served as a refuge during the Jeju 4.3 Incident, adding historical significance to its charm. ⛰️ The initial trail is shaded by trees, offering a cool and pleasant walk. However, it soon transitions to a sunny ridge. In summer, a portable fan and water are essential! The well-maintained path makes it easy for children to climb as well. We reached the ridge at the summit in about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace! Along the way, the breezy scenery and expansive views of the western landscape made the climb feel effortless.

Jeju Island is home to countless oreums (volcanic cones), but among them, Darangshi Oreum, known as the 'Queen of Oreums,' is a must-visit spot! (Originally, I planned to visit Yongnuni Oreum, but it was closed for its resting period, so I came here instead 😊) The wooden stairs at the entrance can be a bit challenging, but once you get past the initial section, the zigzag trail makes the climb relatively easy. Even my parents, who are in their sixties, managed to hike up without any trouble! 👣 At the summit (382m), you'll be greeted with a panoramic view of Jeju's eastern landscape, including Seongsan Ilchulbong and wind turbines ✨. Even on a cloudy day, the view was stunning, and I can only imagine how breathtaking it would be on a clear day! The crater is 115m deep and, when viewed from above, it somewhat resembles a heart shape 💚. Walking along the 1.5km trail around the summit, you'll encounter a green tunnel formed by sasa trees, which feels like a scene straight out of a movie 🎬🌳. 📍 Darangshi Oreum (Gujwa-eup, Jeju City) 🚗 No entrance fee, parking available at the open space near the entrance ⏱️ Round trip takes about 1 hour (or 1.5 hours if you leisurely walk around the summit trail) Even on rainy days, the hike is manageable, and standing at the summit makes all the sweat and fatigue disappear. 📸 While Baekyaki Oreum is known as the 'photo spot oreum,' Darangshi Oreum is perfect for enjoying the view!

Autumn on Hallasan Mountain is a blend of summer and winter, offering a mix of green, brown, and the red of autumn foliage. After a long climb, look back and you'll see the large oreums of Jeju Island. Crows flutter across the sky. Hallasan's Yeongsil Trail is not the easiest trail due to the long stairs it requires, but once you get past the stairs, the terrain is mostly flat, making it a great challenge for beginner hikers. 🌳 Recommended Hiking Method : Search for "Obaek Generals and the Crow" on your map app and start from there. 🌻 Admission : Free ⚘ Tip : To park in the parking lot next to "Obaek Generals and the Crow," you must arrive very early in the morning. ～Jeju Island with Accusefive🍊～ Bidding farewell to the tranquil little fishing village, we headed to Udo for brunch (black bean noodles, seafood noodles, sweet and sour pork). Next, we strolled into the neighboring Udo Ice Cream Café, where the coral sand beach offered a super chill vibe and was perfect for photos. Honestly, I just wanted to lie there all day 🤣. At noon, I took off my shoes and stepped into the sea—still refreshingly cool—and with the gentle sea breeze, I completely forgot about the scorching summer! The coastal scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, making us stop frequently for photos and silly moments 🤪. We even turned into impromptu performance artists by the sea, pretending to be volcanic rocks—ha! The UNESCO World Heritage Site Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak) was stunning beyond words. However, we spent so much time relaxing on Udo that we missed the main attraction (Jeongbang Waterfall) and only managed to see the smaller Cheonjiyeon Waterfall 🤣. We then drove to Seogwipo's Daily Olle Market, but unfortunately, the elderly lady had already closed her stall, so we missed out on the tangerine rice cakes. Instead, we indulged in Jeju Island's grilled black pork, which truly lived up to its reputation with its amazing texture and flavor 😋. Under the moonlight, we finally arrived at tonight's Airbnb, "Forest," at 10:30 PM. The quality of this private villa instantly boosted our adrenaline—wow, it was stunning! The scent of wood throughout the house brought a sense of happiness ☺️. Sipping on Jeju Island's locally-produced canola flower soju and writing my travel journal, I couldn't help but smile as my lips curled up in joy!

Located in the heart of Seogwipo, it's one of the oldest and most atmospheric markets, boasting a long arcade-style shopping arcade. The market offers a wide variety of souvenirs, including fruits, dried goods, seafood, oranges, clothing, unique and nostalgic cakes, and souvenir shops. We bought Jeju pork skewers 🍢, mangoes 🥭, and Jeju orange juice 🍊. Sitting on a stool next to it was so delicious 😋 Also, I bought "Grandma's Rice Cake" (할머니떡집), a famous local traditional pastry. There's usually a long line to buy it.
