Active Volcano

#bucketlistreboot The Bromo or Mount Bromo is an active volcano and part of the Tengger mountains in East Java, Indonesia, driving your own vehicle into the volcano area is not allowed, so you can either book a sunrise tour from Malang or Probolinggo. The drive up to Bromo is by a 4X4 Jeep, we got to the sunrise viewpoint at Mount Penanjakan before sunrise. The path is nicely paved with steps you can climb, is a easy long way up. After sunrise, we will driven to the foot of the volcano. At 2329 meters it is not the highest peak of the massif, but the most famous. The area is one of the most visited tourists destination in East Java, because with minimal hiking effort, you have the adventure of peering into an active volcano and breathtaking landscape views
