Veligandu Beach @ Maldives

#maldives #island The Maldives has always been our dream destination, and when we finally had the chance to visit, it proved to be worth every second. Our first trip to the Maldives took us to Veligandu Island, located in the North Ari Atoll. This tropical paradise is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and peaceful private environment. We reached the island via a 20-minute seaplane ride from Malé International Airport, which offered breathtaking aerial views of the atolls and crystal-clear waters below. Veligandu Island is home to the Veligandu Island Resort & Spa, where we stayed for our entire 3-day, 2-night trip. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who led us to our beautiful overwater villa. The villa was located above the sea, accessible via a wooden walkway. We spent our time doing nothing but lying down, relaxing, and soaking in the view of the clear blue sea stretching out to the horizon. It was one of the best trips we've ever experienced. The island's privacy and beauty were unparalleled, and we are already longing to return.
