Pilgrimage to Sanrio Store in Asakusa, Tokyo🎀

#Tokyo Attractions When you come to Tokyo, Japan, how can you miss the Sanrio store in Asakusa! Although the giant Hello Kitty installation at the door was a little dusty and looked a little worn, it did not affect my enthusiasm to rush into the store and have a look. As soon as you step into the store, you'll see all sorts of Sanrio products that are so cute that they're almost against your will! There are a wide variety of pendants hanging on the walls, notebooks and pencils printed with character patterns are placed in the stationery area, and the doll area is filled with classic characters such as Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Big Dog. There are even more than a dozen styles of card holders for you to choose from. Going up the stairs to the second floor, the scene in front of you is even more surprising - the dolls have all changed into kimonos full of traditional Japanese style, with exquisite embroidery and color matching, making each character show an unprecedented elegance. In fact, what I cared about most during this visit to the store was the limited edition shopping bags! The pastel-pink background paired with the playful character pattern is simply irresistible. Although the bag costs extra, it’s totally worth it for the cuteness! When checking out, the front desk staff will also give you a small gift - the character pendant hanging on the bag, and it is said that the gifts will be changed regularly. I carefully selected my favorite characters, and when I left with my arms full of loot, I felt as sweet as honey. This trip to Asakusa Sanrio was really rewarding!
