An almost perfect stay!

Check in was smooth, rooms are clean and big.. only downfall was the check out wherein we were overcharged with breakfast.. It would have been good as a customer service if they have just adjusted our breakfast coupon since it was already been paid from the beginning.. I would suggest to smile at your guest even in a difficult situation.. Anyway kudos to kuya who is suggesting to just adjust but the lady at front office refuse to do so and charge us still.. overall still a good place to stay. thanks
