Hua Lamphong Railway Station, the real name is Bangkok Railway Station, but most people call it "Hua Lamphong". Construction began in the late reign of King Rama V and was completed in 1910. Bangkok Railway Station or Hua Lamphong Station has a dome-shaped construction in the Italian style combined with Renaissance art, similar to the Frankfurt Railway in the Federal Republic of Germany. The construction materials are prefabricated materials from Germany as well. The various decorative patterns are very beautiful art. The stairs and pillars of the building near the entrance to the passenger office or the original Rajthanee Hotel are made of marble.
