Gingko leaves 🍂 in Beijing

#fallingseason Late October is the best time to see the autumn colors of the ginkgo trees in Hongluo temple in Huairou. It’s an experience to see the temple area itself but the temple is also surrounded by mountains so you can go for a hike as well. Autumn season have amazing colors and the highlight this time was the duo ginkgoes in the yard after visiting the Hall of heavenly kings. The trees are said to be standing here for over 1000 years and are about 30 meters tall. 📍 we took the express bus 916 from Dongzhimen station to Huairou bus station, then we took a DiDi from there #temples #autumn #gingko
