The Lovina Resort - The atmosphere in and around this resort is laid back, and the relaxed pace in the surrounding village is infectious. When compared to the natural surroundings, the property's contemporary architecture might not seem like a natural fit, but it will please most travelers with its simple and sharp aesthetic. This is the kind of place where the calm and relaxed setting around the pool and along the black-sand beach create the perfect environment to kick back with a good book. During the heat of the day, the pool and beach area are teeming with guests, but as the sun goes down the mood turns romantic and serene. Intimate dining tables are lined up along the beach overlooking the surf, and the picturesque setting turns particularly dreamy during sunset. The center of the property is covered in sprawling gardens planted with grass, colorful tropical flowers, palms, and towering trees. It all comes together to create a lovely setting the unsurprisingly draws plenty of couples in search of romance, though families also come here for the spacious villas. #createwithtrip #staycation

Taman Ujung Karangasem. This is like a huge park with a beautiful pond and palace in the center. There is also an area at the top of a very high stairway which we passed on. They charge 50,000 idr for admission. A touch high in my opinion. The palace is beautiful but no longer furnished. It's main attraction is that it is not as crowded as Tirta Ganga. Worth a stop if you're touring around. The history of it and the views close to the see is awesome!!! Very well conserved and lots of nature around it. The drive from Denpasar is about 2 hours through the highway, but totally worth it. It has a small museum inside with the history of the monarchy in the island. #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #awesomepic #nyedestinations #unforgettableexperiences #springblossombali #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

When in Bali be careful not to step on offerings you will notice on the streets in front of shops, restaurants, houses, markets, basically everywhere. These offerings are called canang sari, where canang roughly translates to baskets of flowers and sari to essence. These baskets are made of banana or palm leaves and are nicely folded into little boxes, that are then filled with colourful flowers, some food (we mostly saw some candy or chocolates) and with burning incense stick and placed in front of houses and other places every morning to show gratitude and to wish for good for yourself, your family and others. 🙏🌸 . We can learn so much from this Balinese ritual, from taking the time to think about things we are grateful for, to having a ritual that guides us through this, which makes it easier to incorporate something like this into our everyday life. . I must admit that I don't have such ritual and sometimes just rush through day without taking the time to slow down my mind and think about my day, my experiences and just gather thoughts. . #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #springblossombali #awesomepic #unforgettableexperiences #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

Edelweiss is known as an immortal flower that never withers, and as a symbol of true love. In the past, mountain climbers used to carry edelweiss, but now they can do it without climbing. Visitors can see the beauty and get this edelweiss flower in the Karangasem Edelweiss Park, Bali. Maybe so far the North Bali area has been less attractive to tourists. However, now tourists can consider vacationing in northern Bali. Where there is an Edelweiss Garden with a soothing mountain atmosphere. Comfort place with good weather, the place not well maintain and the real place much different with the photo that people share. #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #springblossombali #awesomepic #unforgettableexperiences #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

The Renon square with its monument for the struggle of the people of Bali during the war with the Dutch. Inside an impressive photo exhibition. This Square was included on our list of things to see during a visit to Denpasar. It can get be confusing without the services of a good driver and guide. There were probably no more than five or six people present when we visited mid morning. The area was clean and well maintained with a paved walkway leading to the imposing statue of Bajra Sandhi Monument which is not open to the visitor. People are respectful of each other's space and it's very clean. #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #springblossombali #awesomepic #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

Never stop creating viral place to be visited, Bali now has new hot spot in Batanyuh Belayu, Marga in Tabanan Regency. This flower field now becomes new agritourism destination by people in and outside Tabanan. Visiting sunflower field has always been one of my top bucketlist and finally I’m able to check this one off. The sunflower field wasn’t that spacious but adequate enough for us to walk around, enjoying the bloom and outdoor breeze. During our visit on last week of August 2020, some of the flowers have withered already since they’ve been blooming for almost 3 weeks. Beside enjoying the beautiful view of sunflowers, the visitors, which are mostly teenagers, also use this field to take pictures and share them to social media, which makes this place viral. Make sure to check the weather first and wear comfortable shoes to best experience. #springblossombali #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #unforgettableexperiences #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

Gemitir (also known as gumitiror mitir) is probably known everywhere else in the world as the Mexican marigold. In Bali this flower species is practically the unofficial regional flower of the island. See, gemitiris essential in Hindu culture and ceremonies, that's why its only natural to see baskets and baskets of the yellow petals in traditional markets all around Bali. While its still awesome to see the stacks of picked gemitir, its so much better to see them in their natural habitat. What’s a beautiful taking a picture around the flower! As this village is nestled in East Bali and not far from one of the holiest (and unfortunately one of the most touristy) temples in Bali – Besakih Temple – many of these flowers are planted by the locals and used in daily Balinese offerings. #urbanexplorer #springblossombali #awesomepic #nyedestinations #unforgettableexperiences #travelinspiration #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

Orchid Forest Cikole Lembang is a lovely park in the middle of pine forest. This park is beautifully decorated with lots of various orchids as well as other flowers. As soon as we enter the gate, we will see many orchids in the pots surrounding the lobby. The orchids also planted in the tree trunks. Why orchid? Because orchids are beautiful flowers from tropical rain forest. As a tropical country that lies right on equator, Indonesia has plenty varieties of orchids. Most orchids are epiphytes, i.e. they grow anchored to trees in the forest. Although nowadays they are already cultivated in the nurseries and decorating many residences, hotels, and airports around the world, this is the first time I see orchids decorating a pine forest :) #springblossombandung #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #awesomepic #springblossoms#urbanexplorer

This flower garden is one of the best we visited. One thing that was beyond our imagination was that it is concealed deep in Puncak area down in the valley with very poor access roads! But we got there, the garden was awesome with varieties of flowers from domestic and overseas. The blooms and blossoms of the varieties created lovely scenery where can pick any spot for selfie. However, the garden is located in the valley of the heights/Puncak making it a bit warmer especially during sunshine. The garden is actually accessible on foot around the paths among the flowers. This area is very huge and has many things to see. There are many flowers and it seemed like heaven on earth. Family and I enjoyed this place and we went around and seeing many types and colors of those flowers. #urbanexplorer #springblossoms #springblossomjakarta #awesomepic #springblossoms#urbanexplorer
