Great Service and Comfortable Stay with Minor Flaws

Our family stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights in October, and the staff impressed us with their helpfulness, from the front desk to kitchen staff and porters. The room was well-equipped; we faced a minor glitch with the fridge, but it was promptly fixed. The beds were extremely comfortable, perfect after a tiring flight. The bathroom was modern but needed some updates, which detracted from a perfect rating. Breakfast isn't included, but the small ground floor restaurant offers a Rs500 per person buffet or a cooked-to-order selection. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to shops by auto.
