Tsukiya's famous tonkotsu ramen has a clear soup even though it's tonkotsu ramen! I took a sip with excitement and it was refreshing, but I was surprised by the rich tonkotsu soup. If you squeeze some kabosu to change the flavor, it becomes even more refreshing. It comes with green onions, so it's delicious with them on top. Not only ramen, but also Chinese food.
