There is an outlet near me in the Victory Monument area aso I bought their gift cards and tried it out. Alright, this King Power gift card is a bit tricker to use (compared to Iconsiam). Firstly, you have to register yourself at the counter with your passport. You will get a card with your details to qualify for any VAT refund. Then the staff will get very confused on your gift card because it contains a value, instead of a discount. Secondly, you will take it to go shopping and I will suggest you find the cashier and show them this gift card before you start shopping. This is to confirm that you will be able to use the gift card to make payment. At this point, you will face issues again because the staff have no ideas on what is a gift card. It is ok because the staff managed to resolve it after consulting one another. In total, I used 3 of my gift cards. Each time, I had 10 to 12 staff serving me. This is not including the 10 other staff who attended to me during registration.
