Gyeongju Hwangridan-gil waiting restaurant “Sook”

📍 Gyeongbuk Gyeongju-si Poseok-ro 1050beon-gil 29 1st floor I visited Sook, a famous restaurant in Gyeongju where people line up 30 minutes before opening at 11:00 on weekdays. I liked the fact that there was a separate waiting area so I could sit and wait. The indoor seats were full so I sat outside, but the weather was cool on the day I went so I didn't have to worry about the heat and it was great! The combination of braised short ribs, seaweed rice balls, and cabbage pancakes seems to be the most popular, but I ordered plain rice instead of rice balls. There were quite a few reviews saying that the portions were small, but there was cabbage pancakes and eggs on the side so I ate until I was full. The ribs were soft and not too spicy, which was nice, and the cabbage pancakes were crispy so they were very delicious!
