Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong - they have the best outdoor pool area in Hong Kong, kids are given little amenities here and there, the food is excellent (they’ll customize dishes to a child’s liking), and most rooms have spectacular harbour views. The hotel is adjacent to the IFC mall, where you can buy nearly anything you forgot to pack, from baby food to shoes.
