Afternoon tea experience at a bar in the clouds

Recently, I had a meal and a drink at Ozone, which is known as the best and highest bar and restaurant in the world and is located on the 118th floor of Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. Their recently launched "Five Element" series of cocktails 🍹 and savory afternoon tea 🫖 are very unique, using the traditional Chinese "Five Elements" as the creative concept. I personally appreciate the restaurant's signature mini mushroom and beef burgers, as well as golden shrimp toast and soft and delicious Cheese Scone. The most attractive cocktail 🍹 is the "Fire" one. After drinking, the staff will light a fire on the edge of the glass to create a certain visual effect. The ingredients used are sweet mango nectar and St-Germain elderflower wine, and the rim of the glass is dipped in plum powder and spicy sugar.
