Eat in Tsim Sha Tsui | shh Cafe | Recommended box toast and croissant waffles

I passed by Austin Road before and was deeply impressed by the milky white shh Cafe, so I took the opportunity to try it with the shrimp crackers during the weekend. There is a #coffee shop on the basement and a massage parlor upstairs. #waffles and shrimp cakes. I checked in outside the door before entering the coffee shop. There is a metal plate with a QR code printed on it on the table. Although the order is placed by scanning the QR code, the restaurant still prepared a physical menu, which Waffles really appreciates. There is a good selection of drinks. Waffles was very interested in the egg drop and ordered the roast beef hash browns #box toast ($98), which looked very attractive. The two pieces of toast were baked crispy and full of butter aroma, with roast beef, hash browns, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and lettuce in between. It was very rich. The only drawback was that it tasted a bit "exhaustive". The roast beef is thick and tastes good, the tomatoes and lettuce are very fresh, the scrambled eggs are generous in portion and very tender. I ordered the Spicy Garlic Vodka Clam Pasta ($148) for Shrimp Cake, which was spicier than expected. In addition to the spiciness, there was also the taste of vodka and the saltiness of clams, which gave it a very layered flavor. For drinks, I ordered the Flat White ($40), which was quite good. I ordered Creme Brulee Latte ($50) for the shrimp cakes. The sweet caramel flavor goes well with the coffee. Finally, it was dessert time. Shrimp Cake ordered Valrhona Chocolate #Ox-Horned Waffle ($56). The ox-horned waffle was crispy and slightly warm, worth a try. For waffles, I ordered shh's handmade cinnamon apple sauce croissant waffles with ice cream ($78).
