Eat in Mong Kok | Lucky Ristorante | Must-try handmade pizza

#Wofuandshrimpcakes I was looking for food in Mong Kok on a Sunday and thought of the quiet #618 Shanghai Street in Mong Kok. Among several restaurants, we chose Lucky Ristorante. We sat down at around 6pm on Sunday. It was still early and the crowds hadn't arrived yet, so we could enjoy the quiet and comfortable environment. I especially liked the feeling of the sunlight coming in. When I went to the bathroom, I passed by the window and saw the volcanic stone oven used to bake pizza. The quality of the pizza should be guaranteed, so I chose a #handmadepizza. I ordered the smoked salmon pizza ($168). The salad on top made the pizza look more three-dimensional, nutritionally more balanced, and also neutralized the saltiness of the smoked salmon. The crust is very well made, with the right thickness, and it tastes especially good when it's freshly baked and hot. I also ordered the limited-time crispy pork knuckle with latted potatoes and sauerkraut ($298). It’s been a long time since I’ve had crispy pork knuckle, and it was very satisfying. The pork knuckle was bigger than expected, the skin was crispy, and the meat was not too dry or too salty. The side dishes of latkes and sauerkraut are also of very good quality. The sauerkraut is sour enough and tastes authentic.
