Ever since the ranking of the top 50 pizzas in Asia came out, I have always kept this Fiata Pizza in my bucket list ☺️ I finally got my hands on it! Last night, I went to Naples Pizza, which is ranked 8th in the top 50 pizza restaurants, 62nd in the world, and 1st in Hong Kong. 😎 The shop has two floors, upstairs and downstairs. The dim lighting creates a good atmosphere, but the seats are relatively narrow. The service attitude of the staff is very good. Of course, the quality of the pizza is a surprise. ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ ▫️Beef Tartare ($120) The appetizer of beef tartar is simple but delicious, with Burrata cheese 🧀️ and pistachio pesto sauce, and a little black pepper to make the beef flavor more prominent ~ Unfortunately, the portion is relatively small, and two people finished it in two or three bites 😆 ▫️ Estate ($195) Deng Deng lamp stool! The highly anticipated Shiyi Pizza 😂 menu is super friendly and lists two top 50 pizzas, and we chose Estate ~ 24-hour air-dried Parma ham with Burrata cheese cream, Italian bread focaccia as the base, and Grana mild and sweet cheese ~ The moment the waiter brought the pizza, I could already smell the charcoal aroma! The first time I took a bite, it was like fireworks were setting off in my mouth 🎆🤣, it was so delicious! The crust is very thin, a bit like Indian pancakes, and you can taste the multiple layers of crispiness, thin, crispy and soft! Moreover, the salty and sweet taste of Parma ham and red onion sauce is very prominent, super appetizing and tasty~ As for the pizza edge, it is soft and chewy, with a mochi-like texture🥰 I will definitely come back for this pizza!
