It was a weekend afternoon and there were crowds of people everywhere. The Hong Kong Wing Nian Cart Noodles and Ice Cream Parlor, located in a corner of the mall, was one of the few places that provided afternoon tea. The price was reasonable, the decoration was nice, and there was no need to set up a table, so two people could sit in the larger seats.
