The IFC shopping mall in Central, located above Hong Kong Station, actually has a huge rooftop garden (note that it is not the rooftop on the 100th floor of IFC 🤣🤣), right next to Shake Shack on the 4th floor. You can get there by taking the elevator in the mall, or by taking the elevator in Lane Crawford to the rooftop garden.
