A Korean Restaurant Full of Happiness: SUL JIB

This Korean restaurant in Causeway Bay has quickly become my recent favorite. It's my top choice for dates and celebrations, highly recommended. First of all, the restaurant's decor is elegant and exquisite. The booths have curtains for high privacy, and the environment is very comfortable with spacious seating, making it very pleasant to sit. This time, I dined with four friends and ordered a set meal for four. A Korean appetizer The usual items like kimchi, pickled radish, and bean sprouts, all with a sweet and sour taste, making them great appetizers. Two snacks There were Korean glass noodles, which were chewy and bouncy, and the other snack was half-and-half fried chicken. Korean fried chicken is my second favorite food, so I give this fried chicken 100 points. It had sweet and sour and cheese flavors. 👍🏻 As for the main dishes We had creamy ribs, but I don't recommend this dish because the ribs were very tough and chewy. However, I was very satisfied with the other main dish, which was ginseng chicken soup. In the cold weather, having a sip of warm soup is just perfect. It also came with white rice, and the soup mixed with rice was excellent.
