Parkview, located at Shop 117, 1/F, New Town Plaza, Shatin, is a high-quality Italian-Western restaurant, with several different forms of restaurants on the same floor. This time I ordered the pan-fried goose liver stewed pasta and cheese spinach wontons with a friend, plus a pastry lobster soup, dessert. Pastry Lobster Soup The pastry looks like a pineapple bun, but is very crispy and fragrant, while the lobster soup is fresh and rich in lobster flavor, which is definitely a perfect match. The pan-fried goose liver is very crispy and delicious, it is definitely the first choice delicacy! The spaghetti is very creamy, soft and smoky, full of mouthfeel!
