Hidden World Sushi Restaurant in Cheung Sha Wan!

Yuyu Sushi Last night I went to Cheung Sha Wan with my friends to look for food. I found a hidden sushi restaurant. I checked and found out that the sushi restaurant was in Wan Chai before. I moved to Cheung Sha Wan a few years ago. I have been moving for nearly 5 years. The sushi master has 30 years of experience. Wheelchair users who want to go to this sushi restaurant remember to take the goods to Hi Wo Shopping Centre. The goods are located in a very secluded place on the right hand side of Salia Restaurant next to Hi Wo. I have to search for a few minutes to find it. 1. Selected Sushi Set + Salad + Miso Soup + Chawanmushi $145 (8/10) This sushi set has a total of nine pieces of sushi, including tuna akashi, oily fish, salmon, squid, sashimi, eel, cooked prawns and five-eye bean curd skin. Personally, I like the salmon, salmon, squid, and sashimi. The salmon is super thick, probably 3 times as thick as Sushi Lang. The oil is evenly distributed. The sashimi is very thick, not thinly sliced. The miso soup is full of rich soy sauce flavor, quite a lot of kelp, and tofu, it doesn't taste too salty! The salad has a large portion, and has tomatoes, cucumbers and corn kernels. It tastes fresh and watery! The eggs in the chawanmushi are fragrant and smooth, and there are many ingredients, including stewed eggs: mushrooms, white fruit, dried shrimp, crab sticks and chicken! 2. Eel Tamago Don + Salad + Miso Soup + Tea Bowl Steamed Rice $128 (9/10) This bowl of eel tamagoyon bowl is super delicious, the portion is plentiful, the clerk said this bowl is popular, a bowl contains three eels, eel grilled very crispy, each eel is very thick, as for the tamagoyaki is normal, rice can be eaten with Japanese rice, grains, not too wet, vinegar is just right, worth trying!
