A beacon of faith in the desert—GOD IS LOVE✨ Amidst the vast expanse of sand, a splash of vibrant colors warms the boundless desert. After a 3-hour drive from LA, I arrived at the long-anticipated Salvation Mountain. The designer and builder was a veteran who had experienced the Korean War, Leonard Knight, who spent nearly 24 years carrying clay and straw to build it up, and then through painting, created this 'GOD IS LOVE' fairy tale world.
