Kinmen has a different flavor of scenery compared to Taiwan Island and the neighboring Xiamen Island. Heroes and writers from ancient times to the present, the ancient style of southern Min, the foreign-style buildings of the hometown of overseas Chinese, the battlefield culture, the beautiful mountains and seas are all worth savoring.
