Peaceful Resting Place for Heroes

My wife and I journeyed to Four Seasons Langkawi in early November. Initially, we reserved an upper-floor partial sea view apartment, but due to an event at the resort, the accommodations manager, Felicia Chee, upgraded us to a two-bedroom family beach villa with a plunge pool. Our stay was unforgettable. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all amenities available and working perfectly. The view of the beach and outdoor facilities were amazing. The resort, spanning 1.5km of beachfront, is flat and meticulously cleaned every morning. Every resort facility, including pools, retail, restaurants, and the extensive gardens, is well maintained. We had zero complaints about the standards offered. Felicia and every staff member we met (and there are many) made us feel very welcome. All are confident and comfortable interacting with guests, understanding, and communicating effectively. Their service was exemplary. Felicia, in particular, ensured we had a fantastic visit. Food at the resort was always first-class, whether in the restaurants or the villa. The buggy service around the resort and chat feature on the FS app were excellent, with every request answered within minutes throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic resort and a truly great experience from start to finish. Kudos to Felicia and all the staff at FS Langkawi. We would easily book again, especially during the dry season (Nov-April), and highly recommend this resort to Langkawi visitors.
