If you want to see the sunset, go early. If you just want to see the night view, it’s still in time to start climbing the mountain at 8:30. Transportation: You can take a taxi or an online car-hailing service. Just tell the driver to go to Santaige/Ertaige. When you come back (down the mountain), if you want to exercise, just walk. If you are as lazy as me, don't worry. The driver will ask you if you need a carpool down the mountain.
