The Villare hotel - executive rooms

This hotel has a very inviting reception, however unlike most hotels it’s on the third floor. The customer service was excellent and the person at the reception was extremely friendly, had a smile on his face, tried to crack jokes and even offered me a cuppa whilst I was waiting. They upgraded the room I was in due to the wait and the first room smelt really bad. The second room I was given was spacious, had all the basic amenities and more such as hair dryer and hair straighter in the bathroom, it also had ironing board. The room has a massive TV screen and smelt good too. It was in a much better condition. They did take the complaint on board and sprayed air freshener around the building and specially the room as they agreed with me. #executive #rooftopbar #wheel #leicester
