I first experience Blackscoop at Pagadian City, then eventually Davao had it’s first branch at Matina near Ateneo de Davao - Elementary Campus. They offer different flavors of Coffee and Coolers! Sundaes will never be the same again once you’ve tried the BEST Black Mascarpone Soft-serve made with activated charcoal. But for this visit I ordered Milk Tea Swirl Caramel Flavor!
