A cathedral that rivals Notre-Dame de Paris

France has many famous churches, and the most famous is certainly Notre-Dame de Paris. However, the cathedral of Saint Sulpice, located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, has an architectural style that shares a certain ingenuity with Notre-Dame de Paris. It also features a twin-tower structure and has several hundred years of history. Notre-Dame de Paris is still under restoration, so I walked for less than 5 minutes along the perimeter of the Luxembourg Gardens and discovered the majestic cathedral of Saint Sulpice, which bears a striking resemblance to Notre-Dame de Paris, although its exterior patterns are somewhat simpler. With a sense of reverence, I took off my hat, held my breath, and quietly entered the church, not daring to casually snap photos with my phone, for fear of disturbing the faithful praying around me, or of startling the divine spirits. There are many chairs in the center of the church, and there are many people attending Mass on weekends, especially as Easter approaches, and the church has a series of activities planned. There are many sculptures around the walls, but unfortunately, I know very little about Christianity, so I cannot recognize or recount the stories of these stone figures.
