Besides the iconic Marina Bay Sands where you pay for the view of Singapore, there is one place where you can enjoy the scenic view for free - CapitaSpring sky garden. Yes, this place is free to go to! It is like a little secret sky garden in the buzzing financial district because there were not many people there. Built over 4 floors and the views are 360 degrees. There is a lot of greenery and it was beautiful and quiet. You can even do a quick workout at the jungle gym if you have the time! Also go up to the very top floor and see the garden at the top.
