Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay, an IHG Hotel

The facilities are impressively clean and there are many activities offered within the hotel. The staff sometimes felt a bit rough but were very friendly. We had a beach suite on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. Our room view was blocked by the back of a sandy beach cafe, but the room itself was large and clean. The layout of the hotel is well thought out with all amenities nearby. You can get cash out at the reception. It is cheaper to order a Grab through the app than a taxi at the reception. There is also a board at the reception with the hotel activities and kids club activities for the day. There are no sunbeds on the beach and pool, so you need to get in early to secure a spot. Overall, it is a very family-friendly resort that provides a luxurious customer experience. We had a fantastic time at the resort! The hotel is new, everything is clean, and the hotel is located next to the beach. The staff were especially helpful at the Amber Sands restaurant, which is definitely worth a visit. We wanted to eat more fish because the island is famous for it, and the dinner was customized for us. Don't hesitate to ask, because customer service at the resort is excellent, and they do everything to make sure you enjoy your vacation! The hotel bar is also worth a visit. Tien, the young lady, is laughing, friendly, and very professional in making good drinks, cold wine, beer, and being customer-oriented again. We went for a massage at the spa several times during our stay and were positively surprised by the quality of the service we received. It's worth a visit during your stay!
