The most unforgettable moment during my trip to Santorini was the day I walked through both Oia and Fira villages. In Oia, the blue-domed roofs and white walls stretched out like a postcard scene, and the sunlight streaming through the narrow alleys warmly embraced my heart. At the end of the path leading to the sea, the sparkling Aegean Sea beyond the horizon came into view, making the journey worthwhile just for that sight alone. On the other hand, Fira village was a bit more lively than Oia. Lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants, it naturally blended the daily life of locals with the footsteps of travelers. During the day, I enjoyed refreshing drinks under the bright sunlight, savoring a leisurely time, and in the afternoon, I admired the breathtaking view of the sea and cliffs from the village's observatory. The tranquility of Oia and the vibrancy of Fira each had their own charm, but both showcased the true essence of Santorini.
