Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai

Located in the Pudong district of Shanghai, this hotel is part of the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group. It is directly connected to Huamu Road Station on Metro Line 7, and can be accessed from Pudong Airport in about 20 minutes via the Maglev train. The staff are proficient in English, which is a great convenience for foreign guests. During this stay, I opted for the Club Floor, granting access to the Club Lounge on the 3rd floor (photos 10–13). The lounge offers not only drinks and light snacks but also free alcoholic beverages during the evening cocktail hour. The food menu during cocktail hour is quite extensive, making it sufficient for dinner. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in this lounge, but the restaurant on the 1st floor is more spacious and offers a wider variety of dishes (photos 8–9). On the 4th floor, there is a gym, spa, and a facility called the Adventure Zone, which can be included in certain accommodation packages. This area features play equipment, athletic activities, and a giant slide, making it a paradise for children (photos 14–17). One adult can accompany a child inside, and adults can take turns during the visit.
