Sunlight Rock, commonly known as Yanzi Mountain, also known as Huangyan, is said to have been named by Zheng Chenggong when he came to Huangyan and found that the scenery here was better than that of Nikko Mountain in Japan. He disassembled the word 'Huang' and named it Sunlight Rock. At the same time, Sunlight Rock is the first place in Gulangyu Island to be illuminated by the morning sun. There are three sets of regular script inscriptions on the huge rock on the east side of Sunlight Rock. Gulangyu on a sunny day is really comfortable! Walking quietly in the villa alley, the blue sea and the green seawall.
