Little Britain - Stratford Upon Avon

The UK can be so quaint! Small little villages and towns dotted around with lush forests and meadows in between. In total contrast to London and other metropolis areas in the UK, Stratford Upon Avon epitomises old English culture. 🏡 This tiny market town was know as the birth place of William Shakespeare and some of the attractions include his house and a theatre dedicated to him. ⛪️ Old timey Buildings are scattered all over the place and have been very well preserved. local taverns pubs and new restaurants are what keeps this town alive now and it’s a great weekend getaway from the big city. 🍖 This town has a fair bit to offer in terms of food. Classic British food is served at local restaurants and you can get a good meal at one of the pubs as well. 🚶‍♂️Definitely check out the walking street in the Center of the city. There you will find William Shakespeare birth house, souvenir shops, and candy shops. All in all, very quaint little town with a handful things to do. Half a day to explore and eat would be enough. we also found a silly little medieval museum that shows what life was like in the medieval period.
