Carls Brauhaus, a famous restaurant in Stuttgart

Oh my gosh, I have to tell you, Carls Brauhaus in Stuttgart is sooo good! The shop is located at Schlossplatz, in a great location. When you walk out, you can see a beautiful view of the city. The shop is big, there are many people, and the atmosphere is very lively. It's like being in a real German beer hall. The food is very German style, such as schnitzel, sausages, pork knuckles, and spätzle. Their soft dough noodles, eaten with roast pork, are very delicious. The large plates are good for sharing with friends. The price is not expensive. You won't feel like you have wasted your money. The highlight is the beer. There are many types to choose from. It's fresh and very cold. You have to try Dinkelacker's beer. It's really good. The foam is soft and smooth. The only downside I feel is that the shop is quite loud, especially in the evening. It's very crowded. If you like quiet shops, you might not like it, but I like it. It's fun. The atmosphere is very lively.
