Atas Shabu in Taichung

Orange Shabu is one of the famous atas restaurant for Shabu Shabu (Hotpot). There are 4 outlets: 3 at Taipei and only 1 in Taichung. Visited the newly open outlet in Taichung, very impressive ambience for Shabu dinner on a cold weather day. There are two types of seats available, can opt for open area or private corners. Service is superb, the staff will demo on how to cook and also offer to cut the corn from the cob for you. The set comes with appetiser, mains and dessert. You won’t waste any of their soup because after eating your main meat and veg they will use the remaining soup to cook porridge for you too.
