#centraleurope The train journey was great as the train wound its way through mountainous terrain with some fantastic views. We'd been told that you could only reserve seats in the panoramic carriages and that all the seats in the Allegra were unreserveable. However, on the day we travelled all of the 1st class seats had been reserved for a group. We noticed on other trains that carriages had also been reserved. We had planned to sit at the front of the train to enhance the views but due to the block booking we couldn't do that
