I visited 10 minutes before opening, and there were already about 10 people waiting. I was lucky enough to go in right after opening and order. JiroRamen is a ramen series created by RamenJiro, and is characterized by its huge toppings, thick ramen noodles, and a rich, salty taste. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know what it was, so I ordered the same as the person next to me. And then the ramen appeared... The host went up the mountain and the chashu was thicker than most boiled pork... I was amazed by the visuals and was surprised by the intense taste. It's oily and a little salty, but as someone who likes ramen, I can eat it without any resistance. However, I ended up leaving some behind because of the huge amount... It's one of the hottest ramen in Japan these days, so let's visit and try it
