The side dish composition changes every day. When I looked from outside, the restaurant looked small, but when I went in, there were quite a few tables. It seemed like there were about ten tables. It is a popular restaurant, so there is often a wait and you have to make a reservation. When I went on Monday evening, there were about 5 groups. The first table was served right away. I will show you one by one. Because of the nature of tachi, the side dishes can change every day! It was my first time eating raw shiitake mushrooms, but when I dipped them in sesame oil sauce, they had a rich and fragrant mushroom flavor. Spicy octopus stir-fry that is larger than regular octopus. It tastes like the seasoned octopus we know. I couldn't eat it before because of the visual, but I mustered up my courage and tried it. The texture was unique, but it was secretly addictive!
