Weibao Mountain

Weibao Mountain is about 10 kilometers away from the ancient city of Weishan, with peaks and knolls, lush vegetation, and is one of the thirteen famous Taoist mountains in China. The Taoist temple was first built during the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and is scattered among the deep forests and beside the mountain rocks. Weibao Mountain is also the birthplace of the Nanzhao Kingdom in the Tang Dynasty, so there is also a Tuzhu Temple in the mountain to worship the kings of Nanzhao, with bronze statues of thirteen generations of kings observing the world's vicissitudes and receiving worship from their descendants. We have climbed Weibao Mountain twice, once to appreciate the mountain scenery and to refresh ourselves, and once to look at the Taoist temple and Tuzhu Temple, to feel the historical culture. Peihe Tower, Changchun Cave, and Tuzhu are the best preserved and inherited temples on Weibao Mountain.
